 While bungee fitness reduces joint impact by up to 80%, these classes are still high energy. If you struggle to complete one unassisted burpee or have difficulty staying active for more than three minutes at a time, this workout will be challenging — and that's okay. You'll get there.

Upon arrival, each client completes a waiver, is privately weighed, and has their station customized to fit them individually. All equipment is provided.

Come prepared:

  • Eat a light meal 1-2 hours before class
  • Use the restroom before or immediately upon arrival
  • Wear tight leggings, a full-length shirt, a high-impact sports bra, addition shorts for comfort and supportive workout shoes
  • Bring water and a sweat towel

Please arrive on time. Doors lock at class time — once our crew is harnessed up, instructors cannot stop the warm-up to accommodate late arrivals. We don't want you to miss a minute of it.

One additional note: children under 12 are not permitted inside the studio during class.


 A: You must cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, if you have a late cancellation or a No Show you will not be refunded. 


 

If you have any existing health conditions, please consult your physician before beginning a new fitness program. Doctor clearance is required before participating.

Restrictions specific to Bungee Fun Fitness:

  • Minimum age of 18 to participate
  • Weight requirement: 90–250 lbs
  • No current pregnancy
  • No surgeries within the past 6 months
  • Please avoid Botox or injectable treatments 48–72 hours prior to class


 A: Yes, the harnesses can safely accommodate weight ranges from 90lbs to 250lbs too safely and effectively hold the person who is flying.
