All fitness levels welcome!

TakeFLY is your starting point for everything BFF. In this class you'll learn the foundational techniques of bungee fitness — balance, squats, jumps, and burpees — set to a basic routine that gets your heart rate up while keeping it fun.
All TakeFLY classes follow the same format so new flyers can build a strong foundation at their own pace. Our classes are cumulative, so we encourage everyone to take at least 2–3 TakeFLY classes before moving on. Once you've completed your first TakeFLY, you're also welcome to join BuffFLY!
Take it as many times as you need — there's no rush to FLY.
RESTRICTIONS:

FireFLY is the next step for those who've graduated from TakeFLY. If you can burpee with ease and plunge it down without hesitation, you're ready to turn up the heat.
This class builds on your foundation with more advanced skills, higher intensity cardio, and amped-up bungee dance routines designed to challenge and excite. FireFLY is where things start to get fun in a whole new way.
We recommend taking FireFLY for 6–10 weeks before advancing to WildFLY. Your instructor will let you know when you're ready to soar.
RESTRICTIONS:

Designed with older adults in mind, ClassiFLY introduces the foundational movements of bungee fitness at a comfortable, encouraging pace. Expect balance work, gentle squats, low-impact movement, and a friendly introduction to our FLY terminology.
The bungee harness is actually a joint's best friend — it supports your movement while still giving your heart a great workout. Come as many times as you like. There's no rush here, and there's no finish line — just forward motion at your own pace.
RESTRICTIONS:

The Runway is your bridge between FireFLY and WildFLY. This class covers the remaining skills you need before stepping into Level 3 — and it exists for good reason. Arriving prepared protects you from frustration and injury, and sets you up to truly soar.
You are ready for The Runway if you have mastered the following:
If any of those feel unfamiliar, spend more time in FireFLY first — no shame in that. There's no skipping the runway.
Once you're in, expect to be in full fat-burning mode for the entire workout. Major calories will be burned.
RESTRICTIONS:

WildFLY is where it all comes together. This is a full fat-burning workout from start to finish — expect to work hard and burn major calories.
You are ready for WildFLY if you have mastered the following:
If any of those feel unfamiliar, you're not quite there yet — and that's okay. We recommend completing FireFLY at least 6–10 times before advancing. This isn't gatekeeping; it's how we keep you safe and flying strong.

RESTRICTIONS:

BuffFLY is open to anyone who has completed at least one TakeFLY class — no waiting around to get strong.
This class combines light-to-medium dumbbells and booty bands with fun bungee routines to seriously level up your strength game. We may even sneak in a FLY song or two. Expect 40 minutes in the bungee followed by 5 minutes on the floor for core work.
It's strength training — BFF style.
RESTRICTIONS:
